In Aruba, anyone working in hotels, restaurants, or cafes (HORECA) must have a valid Food Handler Health Certificate, also known as the Green Card (Carchi Berde), issued by the Department of Hygiene (DWH). It requires lab tests and chest x-ray to confirm you’re free of contagious diseases.

Testing Registration (Lab and XR)

You may drop your sample directly at one of our convenient locations around Aruba.

All samples are sent to central lab daily. You’ll be notified digitally.

No appointments are required, as all our locations are walk-in accessible.

We require you to bring your ID and DWH lab or thorax forms, to get the process started.

Our team will guide you to the correct location and process to get these tests performed at earliest, and at your convenience.

We accept all forms of payment, either be cash, swipe or transfer.

Laboratory results take between 48-72 hours to be sent digitally to DVG/ DWH.

Thorax x-ray results are sent on the same day digitally to DVG/ DWH.

We strive to work paperless, and aim to be completely digital, yet again, if you require a copy of your results, we can certainly provide these to you upon request.
